The workshop registration fee includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions and access to all meeting materials (e.g., Badge, miniposter book, welcome bag)
- Lunch (June 19, 20, 21, 22)
- All-day refreshment and snack corner with coffee stations
ACCOMMODATION at the Palace de Caux
All accommodation arrangements must be made directly through the ETW2023 registration website. Do not contact the Palace de Caux directly.
Prices are VAT included:

For double rooms, you will have to provide the name of the second person during the registration process. For a double room with two participants, the accommodation package will be split between the two (CHF 500.00 each).
The accommodation package fees include:
- Accommodation: 4 nights (arriving June 18th, departing June 22nd)
- Buffet-style breakfast (June 19, 20, 21, 22),
- Dinner (June 18, 19, 20)
- Gala dinner (June 21)
- City tax of CHF 5.00 per day (This tax allows the guest to receive the discounts offered by the Riviera Card including free train rides from/to Montreux – Caux)
The accommodation package fees for accompanying persons include:
- Accommodation: 4 nights (arriving June 18th, departing June 22nd)

Payment Method
Registrations will not be confirmed without full payment (credit card or bank transfer).
If you intend to apply for a travel grant, please keep in mind that you first need to register and pay as described. If you are awarded the travel grant, the fee will be reimbursed.
Please note that the payment receipt will be issued according to the information provided by you on your registration form. A fee of 25,00 CHF will be charged for the re-issue of invoices.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be directly communicated by email to contact@etw2023.org. The refund of paid registration and/or accommodation package fee/s will be as follows:
- Cancellations received until March 31st, 2023 – Full refund (less CHF 50.00 administrative fees)
- From April 1st, 2023 – No refund
Cancellation due to pandemic
Due to the uncertainties of the pandemic, the ETW2023 organization may decide to postpone or cancel the meeting. We will contact you in due course to discuss the arrangements. We reserve the right to determine the refund policy with the fee already paid at a later time, depending on the development of the pandemic. For any concerns regarding this topic, please contact us.
Certificates of Attendance
Certificates will be sent after the meeting to all participants who have attended the meeting.
