Arrivals and registration (check in at the Palace de Caux)
Check-in from 16h00 / check-out until 10h00
As the meeting will start at 13h00, if that your room is still not ready for check-in upon your arrival, you can leave your luggage at the reception and check in later.
Registration
ETW 2023 Welcome Desk operates in the entrance hall on Sunday, June 18th, from 10:00 to 18:00
Meals
The meals are a self-served buffet available in the cafeteria located on the 2nd floor
Breakfast: 07:30 to 9:00
*Lunch: 12:00 – 13:30
Dinner: 20:00 – 21:15
Coffee breaks: Main hall
Gala dinner: depending on the weather, it will be either on the terrace or in the main restaurant
*Lunches will be provided on Sunday June 18th, Monday June 19th, Tuesday June 20th and Wednesday June 21st, 2023.
Bar
The bar is open from 19h00 to 22h30 at the convenience and expense of the participants.
Internet access
Computer access
A computer is available at the business center next to the Reception available 24h to all hotel guests.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are not equipped with TV, minibar, hairdryer or kettle.
Smoking
The Palace de Caux is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking on the bedrooms’ balconies or terrace is not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas that are not balconies or terrace.
Liability and insurance
The ETW2023 organization does not provide insurance and will not take responsibility for any loss, accident, damage or illness that might occur during the meeting or during travel to or from the meeting site.
